Ricardo is a Partner and Head of Asia-Pacific at Asante. He manages the firm’s Asia-Pacific fundraisings and maintains relationships with investors throughout Asia, the Middle East and Europe. Before joining Asante, Ricardo worked at HSBC within the Leveraged Finance UK team, executing private equity-backed mid-market leveraged buyouts. Prior to this, Ricardo worked at JP Morgan, within the European M&A team and at Legg Mason Asset Management, as part of the Client Relations team. Ricardo holds a BA with first class honours in Politics and Business Management from Queen Mary, University of London and a MSc in Political Economy from the London School of Economics.
