Rabeena is the Human Resources Manager, responsible for managing operational human resources activities and driving initiatives to support and develop Asante’s people. Rabeena has worked in several HR roles with organisations including, Advent, Mitsubishi UFJ Trust International Ltd and PineBridge Investments. She has experience across the full employee life cycle. Rabeena holds a BA Honours in Business Information Management from Leeds Metropolitan University and has subsequently completed an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster.
