Kate is Head of Human Resources, responsible for leading the people agenda across the Group, managing operational human resources activities and driving initiatives to support and develop Asante’s people. Before joining Asante, Kate worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers for several years in senior HR leadership and change roles. Kate has also worked at BNP Paribas Corporate and Investment Banking and Barclays Retail Banking in a number of management positions in Human Resources, Strategy and Change. Kate holds a BA in French and Spanish from the University of Manchester and is fluent in both languages.
